I had a great 1st experience purchasing my new car here at Balise Honda W. Springfield. James Frangiamore was a big help with helping me make a decision that was BEST for ME! He was honest, kind and never pressured me to do anything. He was just simply there to help and he did just that. I would recommend James to anyone!

Literally service/parts is a complete mess. I went in for a oil change on May 23rd of this year, more than happy to go and take advantage of the promotion for healthcare workers which was 50% off. Get my oil change in a decent time, came back to pay where I was told I would need tires soon, purchased 4 tires from the pushy service member but didn't not get them installed due to the tires not being in house. I have always come here & loved it. Today , I was unhappy with the service girl. She asked me if I was ROBERT!!! WTH?! And she did NOT social distance. The work they did on the car was fine.
My husband and I purchased a car last June 2019 and were told by salesperson that they take care of turning plates in for car we traded. Well I did not find out until March they were never turned in and so the town accrued the excise tax. When balise was confronted this was the answer; no we don’t do that and that salesman is not there any longer. How convenient. Making an appointment is worthless! You will still wait 3 hours. After waiting you will watch your car sit in the lot for 30 minutes waiting to pay. When you ask to get your car you are told to wait another 5-7 minutes lol that 5-7 minutes turns into another 30! It’s just an oil change 🙄🤦🏼♀️ and yes I do know an oil change does not take 3 hours. There’s a reason I do not come here and drive to Enfield or Manchester. I would rather drive an hour and get faster friendlier service .

Tonight we purchased a new car. We were very happy with the deal, the price, the service, until I went in to check on my husband and was appalled to discover that Balise is basically ignoring the social distancing recommendations for Covid-19. The finance lady was in the cubby with no barrier between she and my husband and they were not at all socially distanced as they were sitting across a desk from each other for a LONG time.
