Balise Honda is a joke , ever since I got my car it’s just been issue after issue , when I first got my car the oil change icon came on a week after getting the car then never mind the ac didn’t even work and let’s not talk about the xtra money they had me put down for something I didn’t even need , I brought the car back and they supposedly did an oil change and the ac never was fixed and now they want me to pay for it , never mind the ac is a Honda issue .. oh and on top of that the car was never inspected and I didn’t fig... read more
RecommendedI was in an accident with my old car so I needed to purchase one like the one I had. I met a very nice sales man who was very sympathetic to my needs. salesman was nice but they tried telling my car had been in an accident which is weird cause I've been to 3 other honda dealerships that were willing to offer me 2000 more dollars for my car and they never said it was in an accident I assume they were trying to pull a fast one on me which I believe is borderline criminal but im more upset of the fact the employee jahill told me over the phone after I had given him all the information he needed that it was possible to find the vehicle I want in my price range so I drove an ho... read more

Miscommunications and lost of time, I called this morning for a car that I wanted to buy and they told me that the car was still available. After trying to reach out to somebody for the details for like half of my day they told me that the car was sold on Saturday. That car is still listed on their website and marketplace... very disappointed experience.

Treated my fiance unprofessionally when she went in there to shop for a vehicle when a salesperson by the name of "Bobby" disregarded her since the vehicle she was trading in was not there and told her he was "not going to pull anything up for her to test drive" and that "if she wanted to look at a car she could walk outside around the lot, mind you it was below 10 degrees.
