My appointment was for 9:30 am. They offered me to give me a ride home which I found weird because I was there just to find out why the air bag light was on. To make the story short, it took them 5 hours to touch my car. They said that they had cars from the day before and my appointment at 9:30 am doesn't mean my car will be touch at that time. The fastest loan approval ever! Although our credit wasn't perfect the Balise team made it happen! Within a day we drove out with our 2017 Ford Explorer sport! They work with us on the payments to make it affordable. My son was comfortable during the process playing on the computer and eating popcorn in their lounge area. The whole staff were awesome and always made us feel like family!

My daughter was misled by salespeople and managers at this place. Very poor customer service when we called to talk with manager to make complaint. Her salesman actually started sending her text messages asking her on dates, when she wouldn't reply he would send more texts. Very unhappy. I will never do business with Balise, beware.
