Worst service I have ever experienced. Pretty bad when you spend $60,000 for a truck and when you experience a problem all they can say is " well we couldn't replicate the problem so there is nothing we can do". Seriously!! At the very least I would expect the service manager to get up off his dead ass and speak to me. Instead he sends out one of his flunkies who tells me I will have to take it up with Ford. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. All they care about do selling the vehicles, not providing service.
Very unhappy with the service department! Was billed for hours of work that we did not authorize and was blown off when we picked up the car and I had questions on top of the fact they had the car three weeks before starting the work. Let's see how the service manger handles this.
Service department is a joke! Just went back there today after my oil change last week because oil is leaking, the reason why I went last week was because oil was leaking after the last time I was there, third oil change third time I was back there for oil leak- oil filter was lose . Tyler the service manager told me that my Nissan Armadas oil filter was so hard to get to do that's why it was not done right! What a joke!!!! Terrible experience in the sales department. Rude and didn't want to make a deal. Bizarre.
Great quick lane service. I scheduled an appointment via Katy the service advisor. They took my car in ON TIME, even ahead of the walk in, the way an appointment is supposed to work! They knew I was on a time constraint and they let the tech know. I watched him work with attention to detail like no other. What they did not know is that am an US Air Force ASE certified AF Master Tech. They went through my car and made all proper, no BS, recommendations with NO pressure to buy!! I had a great experience with balise ! Just bought my 2013 Ford Escape titanium !! I love it ! Thanks to my sales person Michael T. He did such a great job!! Deff recommend this place to someone who wants a new or used vechile !!!
Service department is AWFUL. They don't listen to customer concerns, and there mechanics clearly don't know what there doing.
