I just purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport from Balise Ford. Peter Palubinski was my sales consultant and did an exceptional job. There was an initial period where I was way out of line in the manner I acted toward both Peter and the Sales Manager (Chris Reed). Good job on a follow up from cliff we got the truck we were looking for from Cliff Da Cruz
If there was an option 0 for stars I would have chosen that one. I bought a 2010 F150 from this dealership and I have had nothing but issues with it. They say they stand behind their products and inspect them thoroughly. They have done nothing to help me in the situation and I know for a fact these issues could have been resolved in a thorough inspection of the vehicle.
