if you want a car that is going to die in 10 months after you get it then shop at balise Ford in wilbraham. got it in Feb and it started with alternator then trunk stopped working then some other bs now for the final part TRANSMISSION BLEW!!!!!! so yeah no thank you ford!!!! Ford- found on road dead and fix or repair daily.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Balise Ford. This was our third vehicle purchase from this Balise Wilbraham We returned to Balise because the staff has always treated us with respect and made our car buying experience pleasant. Better customer service!!
Dealership very bad at communication. Emailed dealership asking if a truck got smoked in, they reply back it’s a available come on down, email another time can’t get question answered. Finally called and had to ask it twice to get an answer. Looked at the truck wanted to buy it but there was a vibration so asked for them to figure it out and fix it and then call us back. Never got the call back. This is the second bad experience.
