Kristos did a great job of finding the cars and trucks we wanted to test drive. We found the process hassle free, non pressured and feel we received a good deal on our used F150. We will be sending our kids here when they need a new vehicle.
Went somewhere else and had a horrible experience. We came to Balise Ford, picked out the car we wanted and they made it happen. Even when you have credit issues they find a way to make it happen. We’re a month into owning our car and still in love with it🙂

I brought my truck in for 3 issues: unwind my twisted seatbelt; replace the instrument cluster; and replace the melted rear license plate light. I will go into each of these now. My first appt was on 12/07/2018, in which, I thought all three issues would be corrected. Prior to my appt with Balise, I went to another mechanic who informed me that the reason my dashboard was flashing was because I needed a new instrument cluster - and that only Ford could replace it.
