Best place to buy a car or truck in Massachusetts hands down ( probably New England). Taylor was extremely helpful in a time where a global pandemic was taking up most people’s mind sets. Her politeness and attention to detail are top of class. I have already recommended Balise Ford to my closest friends and family.

Yes I recommend Balise Ford for service
Brought a 2008 Mustang for airbag recalls, got the car back horn wasn’t working. Replaced airbag and messed with clock spring, ford takes no accountability for messing it up and actually wanted to charge me to fix what they messed up! Second misdiagnosis!
The service center leaves a lot to be desired. I bought my truck on January 11th of this year, and just brought it down yesterday to my regular mechanic for an oil change, and they found that the ball joints that balise installed before I bought it were never greased from the start and are now shot, and one of the brake caliper bolts was never put on. brought my truck in this morning to get the ball joints replaced under the 90 day warranty and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck and they won't do anything f... read more
Back in February my 2013 Explorer's steering was tight and it was hard to turn the wheel. I had an appointment to get an oil change at the Quick Lube a couple days after the steering started acting up, so when I took it in, I asked them to look at it. They told me I needed a new rack & pinion, and would need an alignment so the repair would last. I walked out with a $2,000 quote!
