Horrible customer service. Wasted more time driving to and from there, waiting in the showroom, because their lack of communication and failed promises. Don’t waste your time, like I have mine.
They are very friendly and not pushy. You can ask a million questions and they will answer every one as best they can. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle there and it has not changed as far as service.

Great company that stands behind what they sell. I bought a truck from Damio that had some air conditioning problems. As I was heading back to Florida the next day realized that the ac was not working. They recharged it and we were on our way. Next day no ac again. I got an estimate from mechanic in Florida and Balise reimbursed me in full!! Thank you Brian and Damio Highly recommend!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our car sat for 21 days with us continuingly having to reach out to them for updates. They never called to tell us that our estimate increased, they never told us that our truck wouldn't be brought in until all the pieces were in. They even tried to charge for something that didn't even need to be fixed on the vehicle. Best car buying experience ever-that’s why I’m on my 4th new vehicle purchase from them! Damio my salesman was no-pressure in the least, but present and attentive when I needed him to answer questions as they arose. Why do I recommend Balise Ford? Excellent service , excellent salesman, Jacob Johnson in particular, excellent gently used cars, excellent Service Department. Let me explain. Recently my 2011 Ford Escape was rammed into accidentally by a friend and it ended up the car was considered totaled. The Sales specialist and the Manager are very efficient.Jacob is our Sales specialist. He is awesome.He made it very easy for us to acquire a new car. He is very helpful and polite. I want to thank the Manager too who is very good to us. He is very accommodating. This is the 4th car we got from Balise Ford. I would always recommend Balise Ford for their business.
