My realtor introduced us to Bali while shopping for a home. Bali seemed very knowledgeable about the process and also recommended how to get the mortgage. We had our challenges but she was very nice and guided us through the process. At the end we were able to get the house and mortgage at a good rate. I highly recommend her for any mortgage needs. I was referred to Bali after being turned down from a major bank just a day before closing. That very same day, Bali gathered most of my information and documentation to process the application which took the previous lender almost a full month. Bali is absolutely wonderful! Even before we began a loan application with her, she was very responsive to communication and offered sincere advice on how to proceed. Bali was with us every step of the way! She was always available by text, email, or phone after hours, on Sundays, when she was on vacation, or a her daughter's soccer game game� She worked hard to get our final approval when we encountered problems with underwriting and guided us to a comfortable completion. She's simply amazing and I highly recommend her!
