I’ve been referred here by my GP, because my knees pain prevented me from running and I only could do very light exercises for my lower body because of that pain. At Balham Physio they told me that it looks like there is something wrong with my knees, and advised me not run, and do light exercises for lower body. For anything more, they told me to contact my GP. That was extremely helpful, thank you so much!
