dental woman with glasses and a rude receptionist that doesn’t give a toss about showing you directions inside considering it’s my first time there. Absolutely horrendous , They have no manners , neither the staff nor the doctor
The older lady is rude, has some serious attitude issues. Definitely should not be working with sick and vulnerable people.
Was referred by st George's hospital to Balham health clinic to get my arm cleaned and bandage change. When I got there I I waited a good 10 min to than go into a room where there a polite doctor or what ever she is called Rebbeca, As the conversation went on I learned that she was not only incompetent and rude and up her own self like some yuppy spoilt little brat. She told me she wasnt trained to clean my arm and that she couldnt and wouldnt do that for me. Told me she would change only the outer bandage. I helped by takin... read more
