Booked and paid for a hygienist through treatwell app. Turned up to be told that they are fully booked and have been for weeks! Don't use the Treat well app if you cannot provide the actual appointments!
Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I have been with this practice for years, even tho I moved to mitcham I tried to show some loyalty. I was booked in for a clean, on arrival I saw an option for the airflow clean. I expressed my interest and the guy at the front said he will message the hygienist to express my interest on having the deeper clean. Once I was in the treatment room the treatment commenced.
