This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I have had nothing but issues with this company. On the last encounter, I called and scheduled and appointment to have my tank refilled. They advised they would be there by 04/28/22, which was two weeks out. During my contact with the company, I advised them that I was requesting a call when they were enroute to ensure my dogs were put away. They advised they would in fact call when enroute. I asked Amerigas to remove their 250 gallon propane tank from the yard of my new house, as I will go into contract with another provider. Amerigas did remove the tank, and left all the disconnected gas lines and fittings wide open. In a day insects moved into the line, carried mud in, and their eggs already hatched inside of my lines by the time I got there. Amerigas clearly doesn't care about treating right the very equipmemt they work with. Never mind past and potential future customers. I would never do business with them... read more
