I am a former customer of Amerigas and want to warn future customers about the integrity of this company. I closed my account and was awaiting pickup of the rented propane tank. After a month without pickup, I called to check on the status and asked if I could purchase the tank instead. I was quoted a price and the company cancelled the pick up and was processing a contract to allow me to buy the tank.
