This was a difficult situation with elderly parents and my dad passed. It was difficult for my mom to navigate everything and Amy was a godsend. She ran everything through me so I could explain the process to my mom and waited for our response ( this is something she didn't have to do but understood the situation. I can't explain what this meant to us as a family and how hard Amy worked to make it as effortless as possible for my mother. I will be forever grateful to her.
