The staff were amazing and so respectful and courteous with my mother and our family from pickup all the way through the whole process. This was our first family death event outside of my small hometown in SC. We’ve always used the same morticians but my mother wanted to be cremated so her siblings came here for the viewing first. They surpassed all of our expectations in terms of how she looked. My fears of not shipping her back home were totally eliminated. Baldwin Fairchild Winter Garden has been great at helping us plan our parents’ funerals. They walk you through the process and are very compassionate.

so caring and explained everything when my Dad passed, came out to where my mom was in assisted living and we got his arrangement done and hers all set for when she is called home. the private viewing was Beautiful. thank you again for everything, Rain ( Betts) Hemenway.
