Great service and follow up
we went to BaldHill Kia to find a certified used car for my mother. Our sales guy Joe Monti was knowlegable with the certified inventory. We ended up purchasing a 2019 certified KIA OPTIMA. the finilization of the purchase was seemless and we received a great deal with great customer service.
5 stars!! I appreciate the time, kindness, expertise and compassion both the salesman Jay Sousa and the financial gentleman showed me. They were thorough and answered all my questions. Jay went beyond the call of duty to take care to provide the test ride, explain the car’s technology and completely set up my phone with the car. I had the pleasure of working with Jason on Monday to purchase my new vehicle. From the start, he was so professional and friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. I never thought I'd say this - but I had an awesome time buying my car! I also had a great time meeting Roz at the desk and Amy in finance.
