They need new salesmen. The ones they have working don’t know how to speak to women. Don’t believe anything they say all they spew is lies. I’m so glad I went elsewhere to buy my new Kia.
Only my second time there but it is my last. I asked for a full detail and an oil change. What I got back was dirt still in car and a scratch on my driver side window. A day later my engine was misfiring. So I took it back and was guaranteed by the supervisor that she would over look the recon herself. Well the car smelled clean at least but same dirt spots still there and was told that my window being damaged there was nothing that could be done. Hi Jay - I'm so sorry you weren't satisfied with the reconditioning service the second time around. I wish you had said something when we were looking over the vehicle together when you picked up. I would have covered the loaner for a day or two longer and taken care of it at that time. The key fob you ordered did come in after you left, so that can be picked up and programmed any day now - it doesn't take very long and I will of course cover the programming charge for you for the inconvenience. Because I never owned a Kia. You keep sending me appointment dates reviews of the services I got that I never got a bill for how much it costs that I never got. Get your record straight and please stop sending me this stuff
They need to teach their sales people how to talk to customers and not be condescending and rude . They need sales retraining and and couldn’t close a sale if their life depended on it. Won’t be back.

They were very professional. The chairs in the waiting room were socially distanced so I felt very comfortable waiting for my servicing to be completed.
