Two weeks ago I booked an appointment to have an oil change and check an air conditioning issue. The appointment was rescheduled due to faulty equipment and made another appointment. When I arrived for my new appointment I was told that I needed parts they did not have and so they were giving me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I added that since the car was staying please do an inspection, oil change and obviously fix the air conditioner. This place is a joke and quite a scam. The staff in this place could care less about you, will lie to you and say what they want to get you there. It was very unprofessional and I am taking my business and large down payment to boch, where customers are treated with respect. Bald Hill Kia is just as bad as attleboro Kia, but probably way worse. Was spoken to by a manager so rudely and yelled at, they sold a car I wanted even though I had cash in hand and wanted it 1st, they are just slimy, disrespectful liars, and don't ask ... read more
