Mike in the service department and the mechanics at Bald Hill Kia in Warwick get an A++ from me. I live in Framingham Ma. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes one way for the 5 star service this location provides. If you need Kia services GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! The only negative that I have is I can only give 5 stars to this location
These guys are absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever had such wonderful customer service in my life. They have helped me through so much over the past few weeks and I couldn't be more grateful! If your Kia needs service, or you’re trading in your old car, even if you're looking for a new car, these are the guys you want to do business with! I seriously can't thank them enough, I promise you won't be disappointed! �
1 star is still too good for this dealership. I've never been treated so poorly by staff at any business before. I told them not to do extra work on my car unless the warranty covered it as I took it there for a recall, and they took it upon themselves to diagnose things and charge me $100 per diagnosis. Then yelled at me for not wanting to pay for it.
