Mike maymon was excellent to deal with we showed up real close to closing time and he was just awesome its nice to see a saleman aka product specialist very professional and extremely knowledgable about the product again one of the best car buying experiences i have had.
Very disappointed. At first they seemed like great people. Was happy i got the car but within a week, my clutch wouldnt grab and i noticed tranny fluid on my driveway. I brought it to their attention and they took my car in. 3 weeks later i finally get the car back. Not even a week goes by and i hear metal in my tranny. Whole housing was shot. Went in for one of their "this week only" specials and had the worst service I had ever had anywhere!! Two salesmen argued on who would get stuck helping us!! Never got an introduction, then insulted me with a below bottom offer for my like new perfect condition car with only 22000 miles on it!! Lost a potential customer for life!! I may not be rich but I deserve respect.
$268 on a tire that had a bubble in it. Tire has 8k miles on it. Said a pothole may have done it. No damage to rim not under warranty. Second Kia with tire issue. Last Kia I buy. Certainly last time using this dealer.
I have bought new cars before and this was the best experience yet. Got exactly the car I wanted at a good price. Very helpful and accommodating. Al Paulo was a delightful help. Knowledgeable in his product, took the extra time to setup the bluetooth on my phone before I drove away. Definitely recommend you stop in.
