I can't find a reason to trust this place. I took my 300 to get a new alternator. I was charged over $1000 dollars and when they gave it back to me, the car didn't start. Just think of that...paying $1000 and you go outside and your car doesn't start. They just jumped it and gave it back to me and said "Oh its all set, you just need to drive it". Never told me why my car didn't start. They are overpriced and do marginal work.

I am so thankful I went to Bald Hill Jeep. Bill Bent is an Absolute Star! I'm so glad I went with my intuition to go "off-island" to get my Jeep "Libby," as I was hesitant & indecisive due to a not-so-great experience locally. Mr. Bent was kind, patient & most informative and I would not hesitate (so far :) ) to recommend him to any of my dearest friends & family.
NEVER DO BUSINESS AT BALD HILL DODGE!!! They give new meaning to unethical and bad customer service! ...I've been a faithful/returning customer there for MANY years and have referred many there...but no more! They deserve NO stars!

How to do review Simone less than a 1 star???? Purchased my jeep here and was assured how great the service was, I guess they don't know their own product. Went in with a problem while car was under warranty and never looked to fix told me to come back if it continued. Tried to call back a number of times and my messages were NEVER returned. Went to drop off my truck for service and told me that if I leave my car they may get it back to me in a week. So I went to their competitor!
Stay away from this place. They are not worthy of your hard earned money.
