After telling someone that it was their fault that their engine blew up after their own service department let the vehicle leave bone dry with no oil in it. Pathetic

Absolutely Sarah Cote, I agree. We've owned many cars in my lifetime, dealt with numerous dealerships, this place is horrible! Gorgeous 1 yr old Jeep sent in for oil change, nothing wrong with it until they got their hands on it. RUN, do not buy from them. If you do buy from them, do not allow them to service your vehicle! One mile down the road our car broke down, dealership says it was just a coincidence - LOL. Checked engine while waiting for the tow truck, no oil. The rocker arm was gone, 30k miles?!?! Wonderful experience!! No pressure and down to earth salesmen..we shopped around several other dealerships, but kept gravitating back to Bald Hill!!
After offering $15000 for a car that was priced at $16700 they look at me like I have 3 heads like I am insulting them by offering them money! Was pressured to put down a deposit and then guilt tripped because I pulled my deposit. I would have kept this experience to myself except for the fact that on the way out bobby looks at me and says that I wasted his time.
