The guy who measured up was great. The carpet looks good. I chose the luxury type. Colour was perfect. They left a good mess of carpet bits everywhere. Unfortunately the customer service is a Zero. I was going to do other rooms as well in the house but after this I've changed my mind. The selling and how clear they convey information is very unclear. I asked about underlay and plates and reply I got was "you'll get the underlay with the carpet" and "plates if you need them" I mentioned that I'd be needing the silver plates a... read more
