Very unprofessional and sloppy. They did not complete the job and made a huge mess. They refused to finish the job and refused to clean up the mess, claiming that the job was done (this was a paint job and there are areas completely missing paint, and paint splatters and footprints all over). They made excuse after excuse, but in the end never completed the job and never reimbursed the money paid. The whole process from start to finish was terrible. They clearly have no integrity in their work.
Tom and I agreed on a price and job with a written estimate, half up front half when finished. He came and did a terrible job, left project unfinished and damaged my property. He didn't bother to show up for days and then asked for more money before completion. When I told him no he was rude and told me "good luck paying someone else". Not to mention the complete lack of professionalism or preparation.
Great local team of workers, excellent service and they got the job done to their word. Tom was able to give me a few options based on how I needed my work done for my house which I appreciated and I was even able to trust him to work on my property when I wasn't even home. He went above and beyond to understand and meet my needs and I was able to pass the cleanup easement inspection for my property from the local county. Thanks Bakers Property Maintenance will definitely use you guys again for any future work !!
