Chris was a lying con man incapable of doing anything honest. I'm so glad this business has closed. Now they can't rob anyone again

Chris is an incredibly incompetent solicitor, I genuinely do not understand how he is still practising law. Dealing with him is like taking a step back maybe 100 years. He is negligent and ineffective in his role. We went to him with a simple matter - the death of a loved one - and can say at every step the process has been incredibly difficult.
