Women on the phone was Extremely rude to my partner for calling after hours and was saying it’s illegal to call
Lorna recently helped to sell my Father’s home, a process that Dad was really nervous about. Lorna could not have been more on-side, sympathetic to the situation, and helpful. She was very knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and keep the process on track. Highly recommended!
Literally a thief, takes people's money and doesn't pay it to the council accordingly. She encourages people to pay multiple deposits for the coming months and then runs off with no warning. Don't trust this Estate.
Soon to be found out. Good luck withholding monies that are not yours. Love how people assume, everyone is below you and don’t understand the laws. Maybe check working backgrounds of people you are dealing with Lorna Pockington/Duley. Authorities aware and will be touch.
If you do not want to lose DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I would give them 0 will definetely. I saw the property and next day gave an offer and asked for second view. In the same day gave an appointment for another person, too. We gave all our paperworks and broker details and process started. 2 days later they called us and said vendor change his mind and he wanted to give the house another person. We deal with vendor.
