I’m very disappointed with our experience with this letting agency. When we viewed the property, Elis was the agent showing us around. At that time, the house was still under renovation, but we were assured that basic facilities would be in place by the time we moved in. We specifically requested an inventory list before signing the contract, Bethany initially promised to provide this but it was later refused entirely. we got to view the property straight away. and there was a few issues with paper work however they solved them straight away for us and we couldn’t be happier in our new home
