Horrible agency, they rude and absolutely not helpful, they nice until they have your deposit. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!
Our dealings with Bairstow and Eves was awful at every stage. Vasco comfirmed our viewing but failed to book us in properly so we were almost turned away from the property on the day. Vasco then didnt put our offer to the vendor twice, never answered the phone or responded to emails. We would avoid as much as possible for buyers and especially sellers.
