Originally contacted for probate valuation which was efficient. Was contacted a year later to ask if i had made a decision on next steps. Talked me through options and arranged everything. Was informed re all viewings and was kept up to date through sale process. Were attentive and professional without being overbearing. Sam in particular held it all together with great support from Callum and Melanie.
It was a long process but worth the wait. A special thank you to Sam, branch manager, for her patience when answering queries, her reactive approach and guidance throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer, I was completely out of my depth but Sam really helped alleviate any stress. Thank you to Callum who helped with the numerous viewings too!
