Disappointed with this estate agency. Rang a number of times about a property on Gregory Avenue , Nottingham as far back as July, was not getting much of a response despite leaving my details to be kept informed of the property when it came to market properly as apparently a viewing could not be arranged yet. She was incredible all the way through the processes, taking the time to ensure I was kept in the loop of next steps/changes/what was needed to ensure I was successful in 1) securing the flat, 2) completing the needed paperwork and 3) moving in smoothly and swiftly!
