Unacceptable, I made an appointment a week ago to see a house, I called them every day but they didn't pick it up and when they did they told me they didn't have such a house but when I go to the website it's still there, making an appointment to see a house a week ago and when the day comes they don't pick it up and say they don't have such a house, well done, 10 out of 10
Worst experience ever! I would give this a -10 review if I could. After weeks trying to get a viewing booked for a flat in Lincoln, I finally got a call and booked it. It's a 2h drive one way for me to Lincoln, on the day, which is right now, no one showed up and no one is picking up at their office either! It has been nearly 30 min and they can't even be bothered to reach out to at least mention something but they are going as far as cancelling my call. Amazing experience, Robbie and Kieren were very helpful. We have rented house through them and less than 2weeks time we had keys to our house. Very smooth and quick process time.
