Dreadful experience. You had one job!
Fantastic experience yet again with Bairstow Eves, especially Jodie and Ross. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances our landlord served us notice, which was already renting through Bairstow Eves. Ross was exceptionally kind and thoughtful in explaining everything to us. He then quickly turned his attention to help us find a new home ASAP and that is exactly what he did. Couldn't recommend more. I had a bad experience with a different estate agent and when I explained to the guys at Bairstowe, they were brilliant, asking what I liked and didn't like about the experience, and reassured me they would be different. They came through with the whole experience and my house sold in less than 10 weeks start to finish for a really reasonable price and they did everything they said they would.
I simply cannot rave enough about Jodie and Ross. I had an extremely traumatic experience with another local estate agent from Nov 2024 (which has still not been fully resolved). I had lost faith in estate agents managing my property as it was my first year of letting it out but I can honestly say Jodie has restored my faith- I was just with the wrong estate agents. I had an excellent experience with Rebecca & Jodie.They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for me. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Hucknall and surrounding areas.
