I have extremely bad experience with my flat, I moved in on 30 of August. the electricity was cut off because of the debt of the previous tenant, and the Agent still didn't informed me, but asked to pay the deposit and the rent upfront before giving me keys to the property. Today is 3 of September and I'm in the flat without electricity and hot water. Still no answer and no help from the agency.
Excellent service and commitment. Quick response and the property is fantastic. It was a nice experience.
