I felt unfairly judged by the female agent because one partner isn’t working. Under the Equality Act 2010, estate agents must treat everyone fairly and without discrimination. Renting decisions should be based on affordability, not assumptions. Her behaviour and failure to call back were unprofessional and disrespectful.

The whole team but particularly Julie were nothing short of fantastic. After losing our buyer through no fault of Bairstow Eves a new buyer was quickly secured. They helped us manage a very stressful period with ease and I could not recommend them more.
