Absolutely terrible experience. I had to continuously chase them for basic information about the process of renting. The landlord accepted our offer and then the day later decided to increased the rent, and Bairstow Eves told us to take it or leave it. The contract for the house was completed one day before we were due to move into it, which I had to chase up several times.
