Worst agency, worst estate agent, and qualification I’ve ever received. I enquired about a property and the agent told me he required more details before I viewed the property, fine, I gave him my personal details, reason for buying, name of my previous lawyers and name of my mortgage brokers and providers! Overall very happy with Bairstow Eves! I worked with Richard Toledo Grimaldo to purchase a flat. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Tony was also really knowledgeable about the area and the type of flat I was purchasing. Would recommend going with them if you are looking to purchase in the area!
