Incompetent and dishonest. Fails to resolve complaints adequately resulting in complaint being passed to the property ombudsman. Avoid dealing with this agency at all costs.
Bairstow Eves Sales and Letting Agents in Barking are absolutely terrible. I have called them hundreds of times and they never pick up the phone. I was genuinely interested in viewing a property and even went into their office to provide my details, but I never heard back from them. Their lack of professionalism and communication is shocking. If you’re a landlord looking for an agent, I strongly advise you to stay away from this branch.
