Brandon with Bair Inspections recently inspected a home for us. He is very knowledgable and helpful if you are thinking about buying a home and want it inspected first. He follows the standards for home inspections and sits down with you after inspection to go over everything in detail including high quality pictures that he takes. Within 24 hours I had a detailed report emailed to me with lots of pictures. He's very professional and I would highly recommend Bair Inspections!!
