Brandon Bair is professional and knowledgeable, personable and patient. Our house inspection took longer than we thought. But we were not charged more. Brandon didn't rush. He patiently answered questions and explained everything. I was not treated like 'a dumb female' but with respect and kindness. Even though everything was explained, we got a detailed report and pictures. If this house doesn't turn out to be our home, we will only have Brandon do any future inspections for us! We just can't thank him enough!

I've had 2 inspections done by Brandon and both times he has gone above and beyond my expectations. This most recent one I wanted him to do because I trust him after how thorough he was on the first one and he even came to canton for it! He is so professional and easy to talk to, and he explains everything very well giving great suggestions on the fixing of certain things! I'm very impressed and appreciative of his services!
