Everyone was very friendly and professional., from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist. They even had a television that I watched while getting my teeth cleaned.

Bain Dental tried to scam my husband and I by saying we both needed a deep cleaning and that insurance would not cover it. It was going to be $500! I called many other private practices and they said that these corporate offices are just trying to make quota and scamming you into thinking you need a deep cleaning! IT IS NOT TRUE!

My son chipped his tooth at baseball practice one night last week. Bain Dental was able to get him into the office the very next day. Dr. Powell and Erika repaired his tooth and made it look good as new. My sincere thanks to everyone!

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to set me and my 3 year old at ease. It was his first appointment and I was apprehensive on how well he would do. I don't if the ladies in the office were entertaining him or the other way around, but I appreciate how attentive and kind they were.
I have always hated the dentist, this was by far the best dental experience of my life. So glad I found them, will not use anyone else anymore.
