Very enjoyable office visits with friendly staff that answer all my questions. i never feel rushed which makes for a very good dental experience. My Hygienist provides professional, pain-free cleanings - it's a pleasure going to the dentist when you know the people working on you know what they are doing.
Yesterday was my first visit ever. From the time I arrived, during my entire visit, and up until I left, I was completely comfortable with everyone I encountered. I'm actually Looking forward to my next visit lol who says that
I am so happy I found Bain Dental Group. I've had two visits there and they went very well. The staff is personable and made me feel comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Fidanoski and it went smooth. He is so nice! I look forward to future visits.
I had an emergency and couldn't wait. I was afraid on a busy holiday week that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful that they could work me in. It is a good thing because I don't think I would have been able to stand the pain any longer. I had to have the tooth extracted while I was there. It was a lot less painful than I expected and I am thankful to have found a dentist with a sense of expediency and skill.
Atmosphere and employees are very nice.

I was very pleased with my first visit to this office. Jessica was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Instead of just telling me I need work done the doctor took his time to explain why I needed with photos and with details. I am happy to call this my new dentist office and will bring my family here as well.
Superior service and a very friendly atmosphere......ALL SMILES!!
Like most people I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist, however Bain dental group made me feel at home on my first visit.
