Great service with a smile
I would not recommend the Villa Rica office to anyone. I had the worst experience with this office dealing with the Dr. I went in with pain and she didn't do anything to relieve the pain. When I asked if I could get anything for pain she ignored me and told me to make a appointment for the following week to see Dr. Bain. I talked to one of the girls about it and she told me "Everyone comes in pain and they leave in pain." WOW! That was the whole reason I went in. It was a waste of time and money.
The staff made me feel comfortable with the shot I had to get for my filling. They were super nice and did a great job on my teeth, and I didn't feel any pain. I really liked them.
the first thing that impressed me was the friendliness of the staff. they did their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I like their selection of music, too. they explained everything and then asked if i had questions.
