So today I called around 50 times to see if my glasses were ready because I mine are broke and I needed them for work. They were supposed to be in today. On top of that the lady finally answered the phone and said were busy you’ll have to come in to see if they are ready, so I drive down there hoping they would be there. I get there and they are still in the lab and won’t be there for a while. I love Dr. leoni! And love the office staff usually except for today. Had a technician with a horrible bedside manner. Rude and defensive when questions was asked. Was rude and poor bedside manner to my 6 year old. I will be discussing her bedside manner with Dr. leoni!

First time there. The staff was great and the wait was short. Dr. Campbell was very informative and planned my journey for cataract surgery. I would highly recommend Bailey Eye Care to anyone who is looking for a top notch Optometrist!
The doctors are excellent however the staff for glasses/lenses are horrible. My children have been clients for years but there's an issue every time we order. We will no longer be returning.
