Lindsey Hass, BEC Clinical Manager went above and beyond today for me and my daughter. We pulled in to get new eyewear when they were shutting down for cleaning. Lindsey was posting the signs to the door when we pulled up. She came to my window and still waited on me. Most people wouldn't have done that! She supplied us with contacts to hold us over until they open back up! I appreciate her taking the time to help us. every single time I go, they are always so great to me. And when I have to bring my son, who is a toddler, they’ve helped me wrangle him and help me attempt to keep him occupied while waiting. Very professional and courteous
I had an appointment with Dr. Leoni yesterday. Even during this COVID mess, I was called back quickly and had a very thorough exam. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was then taken to the optical department to look at the glasses. Tori was amazing! So helpful and sweet, assuring me I didn’t have to buy glasses today and never rushed me because I took a long time. She was so pleasant and helpful. I look forward to getting my new glasses!
After asking for a full refund after 2 attempts to make my glasses, the owner called 911 for me being threatening and not leaving until I got my money back! Unbelievable how Shawn treats customers. Did I mention I spent close to $700 in their store!! Do not go to Baileys for any service. I want everyone to know how I was treated by the owner. I had such a wonderful experience at Bailey Eyecare. The staff was AMAZING!! They are also taking every possible precaution to ensure patients safety! Throughout my exam I received thorough explanation as to what was being looked at and the reason for looking at it. All equipment was sanitized in front of me before every use. 10/10 for sure!!
I worked with the sweetest person to get my glasses. She helped me pick them out and made sure they fit perfect. I have never had a pair of glasses that have fit. They have always fallen off my face when I looked down or if I moved my head too fast. They also consistently slipped on my nose. It was miserable and I love the style of glasses, I preferred them.
