RecommendedIf you are nervous or concerned about selecting glasses or having an eye exam currently due to COVID, this is the place to go. You wait in your car until your exam room is ready, your temperature is checked, you wash your hands before going back to a room and a tech is waiting in the room for you. All staff had masks on at all times and the office was spotless.
Bailey Eye Care is fantastic! During this COVID-19 pandemic I cracked my glasses frames so that my lenses were falling out when I was just continuing my daily routine. It was so annoying to continue to tape them to stay in place and I knew I couldn't live with it much longer. My eye doctor did not respond to my calls (I live in MN) so I messaged Bailey Eye Care and spoke with Dr. Campbell. Waited 3 weeks for my 2 year-old granddaughter’s eyeglasses. Went to pick the glasses up and the wrong frame was delivered. The frames were way too big for her face. The worker said that they would reorder and put a “rush” on the order and someone from management would contact us. Two weeks later, my daughter and I stopped in and talked to a manager.
