I had to change providers due to my other one no longer accepting my insurance! I contacted Bailey's and had an appointment within a week. I hate change so I was nervous but as soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed, I sat down for about a minute when I was called back. They did a thorough job, explained EVERYTHING they were doing and WHY they were doing it! Explained what my insurance did and did not cover!! I felt very comfortable during my whole visit! The staff is wonderful! I was nervous about the visit but ended up having a good time shopping for my frames with the girls! They are so sweet!
We have been going to Bailey Eye Care for about 6-7 years. Always receive excellent service, the office staff is super friendly and we LOVE Dr. Bailey. He treats my entire family!
