I have been coming here for years! As well as my children. I used to love it here. This will be the last time my kids come here and I won't even be making my appointment here this year. They have become rude and don't fall for their oh if you get this you get a free pair of lenses, because after you placed your order they make up some excuse to not stand behind it. First of all, they schedule your appointments and give you scheduling cards for your appointment and sends you messages reminders which would be wonderful if you actually gets to appointment time and not cancelled. When you call to confirm they make you feel like it is your fault and you will be lied on the phone that you have your original appointment time. Then Bailey sends you a new confirmation for a different time. Plan 3 hrs for every visit. Billed insurance incorrectly and waiting on that to be corrected. Doctor ignor... read more
