Great experience from start to finish. Gemma came round to see the space, listened to various things I needed and designs I liked. She then produced a design that was perfect. Ordering and delivery of goods was smooth. Very pleased with product quality. We had our own plumber fitting but Gemma and others in the shop were great at answering any questions our plumber or myself had. I had an amazing experience with the Bagno team from the initial design meetings to the finished article. Gemma communicated with me from start to finish and did a wonderful job of realising my vision. Her suggestions about details such as the brown grout in the shower room really elevated the look. The tradespeople did an excellent job, kept our close clean, and minimised disruption to our neighbours. From start to finish the service at Bagno was nothing short of exceptional. After dealing with a variety of different trades and designers over the years, this company was a cut above. The entire service from visiting the showroom, to design to install to communication was beyond my expectations; it felt bespoke to me. After a horrible experience elsewhere, we recently had two new bathrooms designed and installed by Bagno in an old tenement building which we were renovating. The design process was exciting and fun, and after an initial brief to gauge ideas, the team done a fantastic job of bringing our visions to life. The install was conducted in such a professional and clean manner. The quality of the work is exceptional and we are so happy with our new bathrooms.
