Once again, very poor service. Appointments are weeks/months away, no help whatsoever. Fed up as friends/colleagues seem to have GP appointments made much sooner, some on the day with the same problems. Not good enough and no way of changing surgery anywhere near decent. Receptionist however was really helpful but unfortunately the only plus.
Always had great service from this wonderful surgery.
Tried to book a 6-8 week check up for my newborn daughter, earliest appointment they could offer was when she was 12 weeks. Tried to get her seen for something else and online triage was closed by 9.30am and says to try next day. Impossible to get to see anyone and doesn’t fill me with confidence - have since applied to move her to another surgery.
Online records disappeared- no clear answers to retrieve personal records- extremely poor information as to how to get the information back online . Extremely poor - cancelled appointment with no notice and reception staff very rude and unhelpful
I made an online enquiry and seen on same day re potentially urgent matter. I am very happy. Doctor was thorough and professional.
