Dr Redon is professional yet sympathetic. I really appreciate the time she is giving me for a tricky issue. She is like a breath of fresh air.
To succeed in accessing the services offered by the practice it is important to exercise imagination as to how one's request for help might be perceived. This is difficult if one feels very groggy, but nevertheless accuracy of description is paramount. The e consult service does not allow for discursive description. I used to be very happy with the care received from my Badgerswood in the past. I love being a patient of Dr Judge (hence an extra star just for her). She's very dedicated and seeing her feels effortless and not rushed like with some GPs I had seen before at Badgerwood in the past- Dr L-g said to me after entering the consultation room that "he's only got 5 minutes so what can he do for me?". Once again, very poor service. Appointments are weeks/months away, no help whatsoever. Fed up as friends/colleagues seem to have GP appointments made much sooner, some on the day with the same problems. Not good enough and no way of changing surgery anywhere near decent. Receptionist however was really helpful but unfortunately the only plus.
