NO! Apparently, we were lied too about the warranty on the couch we bought there. We were about our new dog chewing on the furniture and we're told (3 times) we could return the couch one time for any reason. We spoke to a different person today and we're told that wasn't true. I will talk about the liars every chance I get.

The absolute worst customer service on the planet. Once they get your money - they don’t care. Purchased an extended warranty and they cannot fix in a timely manner. I would pick up a couch on the side of the road before I would ever recommend anyone stepping foot In this store.
Got approved for credit line upon visting store no money down...had bedroom suit deliverd and set up from my titusville fla store delivery crew was very accurate and helpful thank you badcock id recommend yall anytime��
